  • Secondary Cities & Towns: 3-4 business days
  • Remote Areas & Villages: 4-6 business days

Express Delivery: For urgent orders, express delivery is available to major cities with delivery in 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply for express service.

Please Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (Eid, Ramadan), national holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or courier operational delays.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

We strive to keep shipping costs affordable while ensuring your watch arrives safely.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Within Major Cities: PKR 200-250
  • Other Cities & Towns: PKR 250-350
  • Remote Areas: PKR 350-450

Free Shipping: We offer FREE delivery on orders above PKR 15,000 to all major cities across Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide with a small COD processing fee of PKR 100.

Note: Actual shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your exact delivery address.

4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed within 2-4 hours during business hours.
  • Quality Check & Packaging: Each Al Harameen watch undergoes a thorough quality inspection before being securely packaged for shipment.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours after confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive SMS and WhatsApp notifications with your tracking number and courier partner details.
